The DC collection from Proof and Wood has been killing it with their last few releases. If you remember Tumbling Dice 11 year from last year, you’ll know how good this will be. A blend of 16 and 17-year-old barrels from Tennessee (almost certainly George Dickel, winner of the whiskey of the year last year for their 13-year-old BIB. This is a lot of just 19 barrels. Masbill 84% Corn, 8% Rye, % Malted Barley. only 350 x 6pack cases produced.
