Pitmaster Reserve is a 15-year-old Tennessee Straight Bourbon that the non-distiller producer finished through hickory charcoal to help provide its signature smokiness. The 90 proof bourbon is limited to just 2,500 bottles in total and arrives packaged in a satin-lined wooden box with a Peg Leg pig stopper.
