CHAMPAGNE FLEURY BLANC DE NOIRS BRUT

This gorgeous wine is 100% Pinot Noir, from a mix of 30% Reserve wine (a Solera of reserve wines from 2007-2012) and 70% 2013 base vintage, offering fruity and delicate notes.  It’s an elegant and long-lasting Champagne, classic, smooth and quite rich in style. The dosage is very low, with a wonderful black-cherry-fruit quality that reminds us that it is all Pinot. It is long and refreshing and very well balanced.
