BELLE MEADE HONEY CASK FINISH GIFT SET

For this release, Belle Meade partnered with folks at TruBee Honey Farm in Arrington, TN. They fill empty Belle Meade Bourbon barrels with local wildflower honey and allow it to age to produce a Barrel-Aged Honey—some of the most delicate nectar around.

Once the TruBee process is complete, Belle Meade takes the “honey barrels” back and fill them with the proprietary blend to finish for an additional 6-8 months.

The result is one of Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery’s most celebrated creations: Belle Meade Bourbon Honey Cask Finish. Perfection! Bottled at 106 Proof.
